Fifteen years ago we met across a prep table in the basement of Kleinhan's Music Hall in Buffalo, New York. And we've been inseparable ever since. Our careers have taken us across Western and Central New York, working with the best and brightest in the culinary scene. Whether teaching culinary classes, creating custom cake designs or catering unique events, we're always on the go, discovering new and fun challenges. One thing has remained the same: our love for delicious food and each other.
